Ratan’s journey is one of sheer resilience. Born deaf and mute in a remote village, he overcame societal challenges to pursue an education and build a career. When COVID-19 disrupted his job in the hotel industry, he found Brij Designs. Today, as a junior HR professional, Ratan is thriving in a workplace that values diversity and empowers individuals. His story is a reflection of what we stand for—breaking barriers and creating opportunities for all.

From Will to Way

Totaram’s story is proof that determination leads to transformation. He moved from a small village to the city, eager to work and learn. He was eager to learn, deeply curious, and had been proactively seeking knowledge on his own, he joined Brij Designs as a computer operator Through training, guidance, and his own perseverance, he mastered computer skills and grew in confidence. Today, he handles reports, emails, and more with ease. His journey reminds us that when the will is strong, the way forward follows.

Upward Career Trajectory

Manju joined Brij Designs as an intern in 2019, unsure of the textile industry and her own abilities. But with guidance and hard work, she climbed the ladder to an merchandiser position. When the pandemic forced her to leave, we knew her journey with us wasn’t over. Recognizing her dedication, we welcomed her back—this time with a two wheeler as a token of appreciation.
