We conduct comprehensive skill-based training programs for our women employees both to improve their current skills as well as learn new skills. Apart from technical skill development we also organise comprehensive life skills workshops to help them strengthen their confidence and build skills such as, problem solving, decision making, time management, financial management and communication.
